Olivia Hotels @ Delhi Airport

It happened in Hotel airlift. Very poor service. They can't ask or bring Rs 10 toothpaste as i was short of cash and I stayed here for 2 days. Even told I will tell owner but they don't care. Very poor service. I will not ever come again here again and will tell others to never come again . Will give feedback to owner to change the front End staff . It was 12. Am in the morning.

Extremely Rude Behavior by Staff I had a very upsetting experience during my stay at this hotel. When my sister came to visit me, the staff—especially a person named Deepak—rudely told me that she could not meet me in my room. Instead of handling the situation politely, he bluntly said that if she wanted to stay even for a short while, I would need to book another room. His tone was disrespectful and completely unprofessional. This is not how guests should be treated. A little understanding and basic courtesy go a long way, especially in the hospitality industry. I felt insulted and uncomfortable, and I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel Olivia in Delhi served us paneer that literally tasted like chemicals, and not surprisingly, it caused severe food poisoning to me and my companions. We spent our night not in comfort, but in agony, rushing to the washroom and regretting every bite. The staff had zero accountability and brushed it off like it was nothing. No apology. No concern. Just a shockingly high bill for what can only be described as toxic food. This hotel doesn't care about your health or your well-being. They care about money and excuses. Dining here was not just unpleasant—it was dangerous. Save yourself the risk and the hospital bill. Stay away from Hotel Olivia.
