Olivia Palm Hotel

All the team from the owner to the house keeping back and front of the house are amazing even our stay was in ramadan they offered us food on iftar and souhour they made our vacation amazing and lots of nice memories and for sure ill be visiting Olivia Palm hotel again and again

For a 3-star hotel, it was decent but fell short in terms of cleanliness, and the price didn’t quite match the overall experience. Despite arriving late, we received a warm welcome, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. If you're just looking for a place to crash with friends for the night, it’s a reasonable choice, but don’t expect much beyond the basics.

We stayed there off season (January) so It was relatively cheap. My reservation was made over the Booking and they confirm me 200EUR per 3 days. I send several emails to the hotel with my request to pay in advance for my reservation and they didn't react. Upon our arrivals they charge me in Turkish lira which was 6 887 L. (210.98EUR "REVOLUT") I am pretty sure they made it for purpose as I found more complaints with same issue here in Google. The room looks nice in the first look till that time we entered bathroom as you can see on the picture. The doors leading to the balcony was levered out and both side was opened. I was able to close them after 10 minutes of operating. The safe deposit box in the wardrobe was simply taped up so anyone can take it out. 😀 Breakfast was nice. Large variation of cheese and cold cuts, sweets, pastries and fruits. I'll recommend to change coffee from the machine as it is made from instant powder and is disgusting.
