I was in this wonderful aparthotel with my kids in June. We spent an unforgettable time in the apartments! Our apartment was clean, specious, every day cleaning! Wonderful restaurant with tasty meal and of course help of Myroslav in every question! We completely satisfied with everything Will definitely come back! Thank You for your service
The elevator is not working good. It was really slow and the building is old , but the atmosphere and the pool is really nice!
A superb complex, with rooms equipped with everything and at a very good price, but which unfortunately has 3 big minuses that I consider major. First of all, there is no reception like in a regular hotel, but it is in a newsstand like a newspaper stand, so you have nowhere to leave your luggage except on the grass next to it, where it is muddy, there are ants, I don't think there is safe, etc. plus there is no toilet, except at the hotel restaurant where you have to make a purchase to be able to use it. Secondly, the English language is a disaster, there is only one person at the reception who knows it, otherwise you can't even talk to them through signs, you have to struggle with translations, where they only say "Ruski". I find it absolutely embarrassing and unacceptable to work in tourism and not even have a clue about survival lines like "check out, open/closed, time, water, and so on... and thirdly, a big problem with ants. The room was full, and not to mention that they even climbed onto the bed, and speaking of the bed, the pillows didn't seem very clean to me, and the material on them had fleas, which made them look old. It's a shame about this complex because it has enormous potential...
