Absolutely YES!! I stayed with you for the night. I can simply say that I felt more than comfortable. Excellent cleanliness and a super abundant breakfast with a choice of a thousand varieties of croissants and juices. The beds are super comfortable and the jacuzzi is large, suitable for relaxing with your partner without any disturbance. We also received some Complimentary Prosecco. The receptionist is super nice and very professional. You are FABULOUS.
Honestly, I was very disappointed by what I expected... the reality is that we arrived and • they hadn't prepared the bubbles with a simple aperitif; • there were no slippers, I had to ask for them; • there were no candles, I had to ask for them; •the tub was empty but ok; • what I had asked for was something else... I had asked for decorations for the room, i.e. balloons and petals with an addition of €10, only petals were placed. First and last time, I will never go there again!
I will never go there again...hot tub not working as the hot water never arrived.. Cleaning ? Poor… The friendly staff... However we went to the reception reporting that the hot water wasn't arriving and they told us that we had to wait a while...🤣🤣🤣🤣 one hour it was still cold... Well you have shown that you have no respect for your customers... Change jobs....
