Best location, incredible staff. We were able to leave our luggage whilst on our Halong bay tour. Rooms were very clean and shower was incredible! We had a great time, Netflix was included and the staff were very helpful. Jenny was amazing! Could not recommend more! Such a good trip!
The service there is EXCELLENT! The receptionist and the manager (Tina, I believe) made my stay here at hanoi so enjoyable with their smiles and friendliness. They were able to recommend food that we craved within the old quarter as well! Location was a big plus as the hotel is situated in the old quarter and everything was within walking distance. The rooms are clean and what above what i expected for the price I paid. However, there were no windows in the room. Didn't bother us very much about it anyways. Would recommend for the superb service given!
Good location, and nice and helpful staff, but the hotel itself is not nice. We got an upgrade to a 3 person room ( how lucky!), but it was next to the reception and we can hear the phones and talking at night. The room was dirty and the wall looks a bit moldy, there were bugs everywhere and our dust allergy kicked in and we couldn’t sleep! Watch out.
