Quite literally the best hotel i’ve stayed in EVER. Staff was super friendly and accommodating, very accessible location, right next to the arch, and next to a bunch of convenience stores. The hotel was super cute and cozy, it’s a bit on the smaller side, but the friendliness of the staff, especially Jacob s who helped us with transportation completely made up for it. Definitely recommend staying here !!
This hotel has a perfect location, and the receptionists are friendly and willing to assist guests. However, the rooms and elevators are too small to comfortably accommodate two people.
In my opinion, this is not a 4 star hotel. The elevator is too narrow, the windows are not insulated so the room is not completely quiet at night. The noises from other rooms and the street disturbed our sleep. The breakfast is not good as a 4 star hotel. Hotel, lobbey and room are clean. Also the staff are very friendly.
