Omega Hotel

Very good hotel with a great location! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Customer support was excellent—the staff was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. Everything you need is nearby: grocery stores, restaurants, night clubs, Mina Bazaar, and Old Dubai are all just a short walk away. A perfect place to stay for both tourists and business travelers. Will definitely return!

Perfect deluxe room, amazing atmosphere along with exceptional service by Ms. Kasturi. As she was very friendly and humble plus very supportive towards my requests for early check in.

It was my first stay with my wife after bringing her in Dubai. We both was very excited and came to check in. I meet Mr. Nikhil at reception and I think he is serving his notice period there. I never met such a unfit person to a reception position, attitude , rudeness and not at all friendly. I went to the next person and made check in and ignored it by thinking it may be a bad day for him. The stay and all was good, facilities also fine. Next day check out 😐😰 5 staff was there and one lady told me to wait 15 min. After 30 minutes, I went to reception and asked them Can I leave , they asked room number and shown thumbs up 👍🏻. No acknowledgement or sorry for delay , least bothered, they are busy with other things. No value for others time. My wife asked me , is this how Dubai you always telling 😏 I hope management might give a special training for reception handling , bcoz it's the first impression which may ruin the whole stay mood.
