Omeon Mykonos

Our stay at Domes Noruz Mykonos exceeded all expectations! This is the kind of place where you can truly relax and feel taken care of from the very first moment. 🌟 Our room was spotlessly clean, stylish, and cozy — beautifully designed with high-quality furnishings and thoughtful details that made us feel at home. Even without a private pool, the comfort and atmosphere were absolutely perfect. 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. Every request or question was handled quickly and with genuine care. We truly felt like valued guests. 🍽️ The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had at any hotel — fresh ingredients, wide variety, and beautiful presentation. A perfect way to start each day. 🏝️ The hotel grounds were well-kept and peaceful, with great access to nearby beaches and attractions. Despite the central location, the atmosphere remained quiet and relaxing. Domes Noruz Mykonos is the perfect blend of style, comfort, and warm hospitality. Amazing hotel and amazing staff. Desmina at the front desk was amazing and incredibly kind. And a very nice man who helped us every morning. One thing I missed, the gym. Breakfast was amazing too! And the coffee in the room. The hotel restaurant is incredible too!

We stayed at this hotel at the end of May for a week in a Hot Tub room with a sea view. The room was excellent — luxurious, spacious, clean, and everything was brand new. The view of the sea was stunning, the jacuzzi was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the bed was cozy. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. The hotel itself has a stylish and relaxing atmosphere. The location is great — within walking distance of what is probably one of the best beaches on the island. The area is quiet and peaceful, and the pool area is beautiful with very comfortable sun loungers. However, we felt that the service did not quite meet the expectations of a premium five-star hotel. One of the main issues was the lack of poolside service — there were no waiters coming around to offer drinks or take orders. If you wanted something, you had to leave your lounger and go find a staff member yourself. Additionally, during the evening turndown service complimentary water was not provided. We had to request it by looking for hotel staff ourselves. In a hotel of this level, we would expect the staff to be more proactive — offering assistance and anticipating guests’ needs without the guests having to take the initiative. Overall, the hotel is beautiful and we had a great stay, but there’s still some room for improvement in the service.
