Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport

I was very happy traveling there with my family for a concert. The drop off was easy. The atmosphere was great, staff very helpful and easy to work with. The location has access to great restaurants, snacks if your hungry at anytime, coffee in the am. The Pool was great, very inviting, but recommend you get a pass if you want chairs. The room was a great size for 3, very useful space and items unlike the average hotel room. I will definitely come back not only for personal but business if I am back in Boston.

My hotel stay was lovely. Our rooms were clean and staff was super nice upon check in/check out. The bar near check in has amazing manhattans/gin martinis thanks to Edison! He was friendly, courteous and made our visits to the bar fun! Def recommending having a drink at the bar before hitting the Boston nightlife.

Tiny rooms. No closet! I was given a pipe to hang my cloths on. No drawers to put my clothes. Drain was clogged and they didn't fix it after request. Bathroom/shower glass is transparent one-way seeing in. No latching doors on the bathroom. Window glass was too thin for being right next to a freeway. Doors slam very loud -- difficult to sleep. For being a "high end" hotel, this property sure lacked basic function.
