Service, service, service! I was blown away by the level of service and professionalism. The front desk staff were not just helpful with the situation I was in caused by a third party booking site, they were friendly, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. The staff made the extremely stressful situation go completely smooth. The manager, went above and beyond to make sure we had accommodations. They went above and beyond! Their calm, capable presence and commitment to guest satisfaction completely elevated my stay here. I’ve stayed at top-tier hotels and by far never seen staff this good. Omni has mastered the art of customer care. If you’re looking for a place where you’re not just a guest but truly valued, this is it. Massive thanks to the whole team. I’ll absolutely be back!

I had a lovely weekend at the Omni. This is a fantastic location that is in the middle of everything, yet I felt the rooms were quiet and well insulated. The staff is pleasant, friendly, and helpful and seems to truly care about your experience. In particular, the man at the front door provided outstanding service to anyone who came in and out, helping with bags, giving directions, making sure everyone was taken care of. He made everyone feel special. My room was clean, the beds comfortable, the layout felt luxurious. I will definitely stay here again.
