Omni Dallas Hotel

This place was very nice. Took the wife and daughter here for the weekend and we really enjoyed the terrace rooftop pool. Bartenders were awesome and did NOT disappoint on those drinks 😆! Room was nice and had a pretty decent view. The whole experience was fantastic. We will definitely be going back.

This hotel is gorgeous and in a great location for a fun night out. The outside pool/bar area is beautiful all around, but extra special at night with the buildings lit up. We had a small snag at check in, and they had run out of drink tickets that come with your nights stay. I would absolutely go stay at Omni Dallas Hotel again. We had a blast!

We were checked in to a dirty room, it was pretty bad. I get it, things happen. What I don’t get, is why the staff was unable to prioritize us. We were supposed to have a room with a balcony. We were asked to come to the front desk to get a new room, and told to get back in the (incredibly long) check in line. We were booked into another room that still had no balcony, moved all of our luggage, had such small engagement with the front desk I don’t think either of the people we talked to asked anything but our name… not greeting, no personality, nothing. We paid a lot to stay here. We paid a lot to have a great experience. We paid a lot to be stress & hassle free. It wasn’t worth it. It wasn’t a great stay, it was definitely not a vacation worth place. The staff needs some serious improvements. I think the most disappointing part of the experience was when I called to speak with someone about our experience/issues, I never got a call back. When I submitted feedback online, no one responded. I don’t like to leave negative reviews but also don’t like wasting my money. So for anyone else that thinks they’re getting 5 star treatment by booking this place… I don’t recommend.
