Omni Frisco Hotel at The Star

The reservation started out rocky with some left hand not knowing what the right hand was doing at the hotel as far as my request for the room. It was soon resolved by the concierge manager. Everything was set up beautifully with chocolate strawberries in the room. The room was actually one of the nicest we have been in. Everything was so clean and so well put together and so well decorated. The bed was wonderful to sleep in. The bathroom has a huge soaking tub, a walk-in shower with two sinks. There is a wonderful seating area and even a separate office area. Around the hotel is a lot of wonderful shopping and of course the star, which is the cowboy practice field. I would highly recommend this area for a getaway. It happened to be our wedding night and I can't think of a nicer place if you're staying in town.

New here!! definitely want to leave a review! I was a little skeptical due to the fact on some reviews, front desk didn’t/ couldn’t answer some questions pertaining to my bill. Although overall the staff welcomed me with open arms and management fixed all my problems :) One thing/ reason why I gave this hotel a 5star- was due to their overall faculty- their hospitality was top tier, they welcomed my family with fine refreshments, and one night we came downstairs to some FREE icecream!!! Both bellman were a pleasant help- specifically talking about a nice gentleman- He greeted at the door Every-time with a pleasant smile , and always had answers to any questions I had - You definitely can’t forget someone whose name is Alaska !

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel! Everything was well-maintained, comfortable, and welcoming. What really made the experience stand out was the front desk staff—they were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm attitude made me feel right at home. Thank you for such a pleasant experience. I’ll definitely recommend this place.
