This hotel proved to be an excellent choice for our downtown LA visit, offering a surprisingly quiet stay despite its central location. It seems this particular area of downtown is not only one of the nicest and safest, but also the most peaceful. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by several staff members, who offered fresh flavored water and even provided coupons for the bar. We were also delighted by unexpected touches, like the lobby staff passing out ice cream to guests one afternoon. These small gestures truly enhanced our experience. Our room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable retreat. The pool deck was well-maintained, though the pool itself is on the smaller side and can get a bit crowded on warm days. There's no jacuzzi, but the deck does feature a large area for chess and a spacious courtyard perfect for entertaining. We especially enjoyed being able to ask the front desk to light the fireplace by the outdoor couches for a cozy evening. The fitness center, conveniently located next to the pool with views of the deck, offers standard equipment you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. My only minor surprise was the lack of food service available by the pool. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again, especially for future visits to the Walt Disney Concert Hall.

I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights and had a very pleasant experience. Everything met a good standard. The room was spacious, which worked perfectly for us with a baby. Room service was reliable, and I appreciated the daily infused water and occasional sweet treats like ice cream and cake — a nice touch! The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in downtown, which is convenient, though we avoided wandering around the nearby parks due to the presence of some homeless individuals, especially since we had a baby with us. Overall, I would definitely choose this hotel again in other cities as well.

Went this past weekend nothing really outstanding. Parking terrible, I'm aware that it's downtown LA. But if you don't find street parking you have no choice but to valet. Which kinda sucks all the way around. And valet is 65$ so we have to pay room fees resort fee and for parking which as a customer I feel should be included. The rooms are spacious but bed was too high off the floor I felt if I moved I'd fall off the bed. The shower was too tight not for the claustrophobic at all. Lighting was kinda low tub was small and also tight. Ac was nice and cold. The complimentary car service was nice when it ran. Make sure you have a back up plan incase the, service isn't available. We ended up paying 45 for a uber cause car service wasn't available for 1.5 hr apparently the driver was on lunch and the other driver was busy. So it's a 1 and done for me.
