A Grand and Memorable Stay We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mount Washington Hotel Omni Resort, and it was truly magnificent. This grand old mountain hotel carries a vintage charm that reminded us of what I imagine the Titanic must have been like in its day—timeless elegance, rich history, and a sense of grandeur that’s hard to find anywhere else. Each afternoon we found ourselves drawn to the veranda, enjoying a glass of wine and some nosh while soaking in the breathtaking views of the White Mountains of New Hampshire. It was serene, majestic, and unforgettable. The dining experience was exceptional. The restaurants offered beautifully crafted menus paired with impeccable service. Every meal felt like a special occasion. Perhaps most memorable of all was the staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Their warmth and attentiveness made us feel both welcomed and cared for. This was more than just a getaway—it was an experience steeped in history, beauty, and gracious hospitality. We look forward to returning to this remarkable place.
Staying at the Omni Mount Washington Resort, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The scenery at the resort is simply breathtaking! Nestled in the White Mountains, the panoramic views are mesmerizing, whether you're enjoying a morning coffee on the terrace or taking a stroll around the grounds. Every angle offers something picturesque, especially during sunrise. The accommodations were top-notch. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, allowing us to unwind perfectly after a day of exploring. Our time here was nothing short of beautiful. If you're looking for a nice retreat with unforgettable views and impeccable service, I highly recommend it! Can't wait to return for winter ski.
I haven’t been to the Hotel in years but wanted to go back because of the wonderful memories my wife and I had. We went for a full day hike because check in wasn’t till 4pm. We arrived at about 4:15 and were surprised to have to pay for self parking at the hotel. I was paying a hefty amount to begin with. We checked in and couldn’t wait to get to the pool, being a very hot day. Upon arrival at the pool we could not find towels. Apparently they stop providing towels at 4:00 and close the pool bar, which is a head scratcher considering you cannot check in until after 4:00. We were a bit disappointed but I wanted to try and enjoy our evening. We went to dinner at the main dining area and had a wonderful waiter. My wife had the short rib, which she said was okay, I had ordered a medium cooked fillet, it came out looking like a gray piece of chop sirloin. It was over cooked poor quality steak. The waiter took it back to get a new one. I was somewhat disappointed, I had such awesome memories in the the past but I don’t think I’ll be back. Overall I was very disappointed. It seems like a big cash grab based on their name only. The cover of the book looks so incredible but the story has deteriorated.
