This is one of the most incredible stays at a hotel we have ever had. We were in town for a nurse anesthesia convention across the street. The location and service were impeccable. They have a pretty decent gym for a hotel, and a fantastic pool with okay views of the city at night. We could not have been more pleased.
Hi do I put more than five stars for service?!? Cuz Emma has made our stay comfortable and perfect…from extra pillows due to health needs and beyond — Thank you, Emma!!! The hotel is outstanding, too. Comfortable beds and awesome pillows. My wife LOVES the room with excellent drawers and closet. Location is ideal to food and music. Really enjoy the new bar in the entry hall, too.
The Omni Nashville is in a great location—you can walk to Martin’s BBQ and a lot of downtown attractions. The hotel itself is very clean and beautiful, and the staff were all very nice and welcoming. The beds were comfortable, though the pillows were a bit too soft for my taste (some folks might love that). That said, it felt overpriced for what you get. I expected a bit more for the price, and the valet parking cost was way too high in my opinion. Overall, it’s a solid hotel in a prime spot, but be ready to pay for the convenience.
