Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa

We loved staying here. The suite was surprisingly nice and came with a view of the golf course. The room was clean and big enough to spread out during a business trip. The hotel is easy to learn and has a unique layout. The restaurants are good and have friendly service. The valet guys were punctual when you needed your vehicle. The stores are nice and easy to shop. The icehouse restaurant was amazing. The area is easy to walk but provides a great shuttle as well. The staff was friendly. The pool is nice but fills up fast with day pass people. The gym is adequate and spacious. Overall. we enjoyed our stay.

We had an absolutely incredible experience at the Omni PGA Frisco, especially at the cabana pool! The service was fantastic — friendly, attentive, and made the day so relaxing. Our one-year-old had the best time splashing and playing, which made it even more special for us. Michael Nahat, went above and beyond to help us!! The food was also a highlight — the adult tenders were perfectly cooked and flavorful, the salsa was fresh and delicious, and the fruit tray was beautifully presented and refreshing. Everything was served quickly. It was the perfect mix of family fun and great hospitality. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful resort, very polite and helpful staff. Ran into the same waitress for nearly every meal and she was so sweet and helpful, wish I had written down her name. I practiced my Spanish and she practiced her English. My only complaint was I am 6'2" tall and the drawers for clothes looked like they were for a toddler. Maybe that is a way to encourage me to get a massage at the spa for all the back issues bending over.
