Omni Richmond Hotel

The team at Omni Richmond went above and beyond! When they heard we were on our mini-moon, they surprised us with balloons and champagne—such a sweet, memorable touch. Great service, perfect location, and thoughtful amenities. We’d gladly stay again!

Didn't have any major issues at all. The room was fairly clean. The bathroom tile could have used a good wipe down. A couple of long hairs, but other than that It was a comfortable stay. The restaurant in the hotel was decent. There was a cool bar tender, and the location was great. I would stay again.

I chose the Omni because I’ve always had great experiences. I arrived and the reservation could not be found. We had to stand in line and make another reservation to receive the price we originally confirmed. The new reservation also could not be found even though we had a confirmation number. The night manager assisted and it finally appeared. My daughter had a hair in her bed. We told the staff. I thought we were squared away. The next day we attended our event and returned to our room with something on my pillow. I requested room service so I am unsure what this was but I was completely frustrated. For the price of this room this is unacceptable!!!! Parking is 40.00 a day!! That’s crazy. Guess I’ll go back to the Hilton on my next visit. This was totally too much and all I wanted to do was lay down after my long day. We requested the sheets to be changed and we are still waiting it’s been at least 20mins. I’m over this!!!!
