Omni Royal Orleans Hotel

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Our balcony was relaxing and enjoyable. The pool was clean and relaxing. We were able to easily get a pack and play for our baby. The front desk and concierge were extremely nice and helpful. On our last day our flight was cancelled last minute. They all helped and stored our bags while we figured out a new way to get home. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

We are so happy we used Omni Royal Orleans as our wedding hotel! We had a lot of guests from out-of-town, and everyone absolutely loved staying in the Quarter (amazing location). Special thank you to Dan and Amity who helped coordinate our wedding block and getting-ready room for the ladies. The guys used a suite style room, which worked very well for their large group. It rained on our wedding day so had to take group photos indoors, and the front entrance worked very well last minute. We plan on booking our next staycation here, as it will always be a special place for us.

My wife and I had a delightful stay at the Omni Royal Orleans, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s warmth and professionalism made us feel truly welcome. Every employee we encountered was courteous, attentive, and eager to ensure our comfort, which added a special touch to our trip. The hotel’s restaurant and bar were highlights of our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere, especially with the live jazz music that brought such a quintessential New Orleans flair to our evenings. We were also impressed by the hotel’s commitment to preserving the historic charm of the building during its renovations. It’s clear that great care was taken to maintain the character and elegance of the original structure, which we deeply appreciated as it added to the authenticity of our stay. Another thoughtful feature was the hotel’s luggage storage service, which allowed us to securely store our bags before check-in and after check-out. This made exploring the city stress-free and convenient. Our only minor suggestion would be to clean or refurbish the furniture near the grand piano, as it appeared heavily stained and soiled. However, this small detail did not detract from our overall enjoyment of the property. We would highly recommend the Omni Royal Orleans to anyone visiting New Orleans. Our stay was pleasant, enjoyable, and filled with wonderful memories. We look forward to returning!
