Omni San Francisco Hotel

From the moment I stepped out of the taxi, I was impressed. The doormen were absolutely amazing—after a long and stressful journey, they made me feel like I’d come home. Their warm welcome and helpfulness set the tone for my entire stay. I had requested a quiet room, and that’s exactly what I got. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and accommodating. I really appreciated the accessibility features, like the raised buttons and the voice-activated elevator. There’s also a convenient ramp at the front entrance for anyone who prefers not to use the stairs. The seating area in the lobby is lovely, and the receptionist truly went above and beyond. The hotel is in a fantastic location—just about a minute’s walk to a local coffee shop and a short stroll to Chinatown. The room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. Overall, I had an amazing stay and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I stayed for 5 nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was quiet as they cater to business professionals, and has a great central location (very close to China town for a quick bite) and I could access public transportation quickly. The doormen and front desk staff are fantastic. The cleaning person on my floor was so helpful she even helped me zip up the back of my dress. They have a lot of in-room amenities and provided me with a crib, a refrigerator and a curling iron. I have already recommended this hotel to other people and I would stay here again if I am ever back in SF as well as the other Omni locations.

We had an excellent stay here. Our group had two rooms. Both were clean, quiet, and comfortable. All the staff we interacted with -- front desk, door, housekeeping -- were lovely. Beyond what you might expect. The fitness center was sufficient. One thing to be aware of: the bar, where we ate one late-night meal, is very expensive. It was tasty, but we paid as much there for a light meal as we did for a nice dinner (including steak) elsewhere in the city.
