Check-in was a breeze, and the host was very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Upon check-in, we were notified that the water was shut off due to a leak. The host offered to discount our stay, being that our room was paid for in advance. She credited us free valet parking during our stay. The hotel was extremely clean with nice size rooms. Every staff they I encountered during my stay was very polite and helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we were well accommodated. My only complaint was that the workout room was extremely hot due to ac vac issues. However, the guy at the front desk was so sympathetic and kind about the situation. It was easy for me to understand that things do happen that are out of the hotel control. I would highly recommend this hotel and will most definitely stay here again.
This was a great experience. The day we checked in they informed us that they would be shutting the water off at night for 8-10 hours to repair a leak. They were very gracious about it and it wasn’t a problem. Also that night our air conditioning quit working. They fixed it and then it stopped again. Spoke to the front desk in the morning and they offered to move us to another room, which turned out to be an amazing upgrade!! All the staff from front desk, housekeeping and to valet parking were extremely courteous and helpful. They offered house keeping every day! The recently remodeled rooms that were very well done and clean. We will be coming back!!!
The hotel has recently been renovated and some great upgrades. The bathrooms are really nice and well done. The beds and furniture is good. The AC however is really not good. I spent most of the night wondering if someone was running a lawn mover outside my door. It is incredibly loud and doesn't produce very cold air. So much so that it is hard to sleep. The rooms are laid out like what seems to be every chain hotel in the US (rectangle, two double beds, one chair and a very underpowered AC). But at least the furniture gives it some style. And as I said, the bathrooms are well done (that means a lot). Not sure the hotel really was worth the cost at all (about $300 a night). Breakfast was not good, service is off, people hardly smile or welcome you. And it was $18 in addition to the $300 room. Not a great experience. And there are plenty of other hotels around.
