Omni Viking Lakes Hotel

I stayed here overnight for a conference so I can’t give a detailed review but however short it was I did enjoy my stay here. The staff were absolutely pleasant. My room came with a voucher that I wasn’t planning to use but they encouraged me to at least get coffee to go. I ordered room, which was good as well. Loved my room which was spacious and well decorated. No issues at all. It is a bit removed from everything else tho.

Was in for our 26th wedding anniversary and they made our stay absolutely unforgettable! Eduardo put us with the most amazing view on the 14th floor. The valet, front desk, and our server in Kindred were superb! Will definitely return to this beautiful and spacious location! Day or night everything was stunning inside and out! The staff are amazing!

I just came from the hotel after touring the entire facility with the Sales Dept. in preparation for a future conference. The sales team of Jeremy and Jennifer did not fail to impress. The entire facility and the options available for a large scale conference are terrific. I was left with the impression that not only could they accommodate our group as well if not better than our current providers, but they work hard to create a much more boutique experience for their guests with "wow" moments around every corner. I put on conferences every year, and it has been a long time since I have been so excited about a venue and the people helping to coordinate the event. Omni Lakes has a dynamic duo in Jeremy and Jennifer.
