This is a beautiful hotel with an eye for detail and a minimalist vibe that I absolutely adore. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is kind, everything is very clean and laundry is available and easy to use. I enjoyed the breakfast but because I can’t eat dairy my options were very limited. The only negative thing I have to say is that there were no plant based milk options for my latte. The breakfast set up is beautiful. In the evening at 7, 8 &9, you can have tea and a sweet. It’s a delightful fun. 🤩
Conveniently located at the heart of town that is great to walk to Kanazawa’s shopping, dinning and tourists attractions! Hotel itself is very modern with the staff can speak many foreign languages! The room itself are considered large in Japan with smart and conveniently designed storage space under the bed. They don’t have full service laundry service but self service laundry with small fee of 400 JPY for both washing and drying each. No cash but scan a QR code and pay by your card. They also offer Japanese tea sampling from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM to the guest of the hotel for free. Tea was very nice! Very nice hotel and highly recommended!
The hotel was modern, clean and had a friendly front-desk staff. It was located on a closed road so if you had a car, you would need to walk about 5-8 mins to the hotel subsidized parking garage around the corner of the road. They had self check-in counters but we appreciate that the staff were there to assist you anyway to expedite the process. Both the facility and the room were very clean but the locations of the bed-side lights were a bit inconvenient for us as we had to climb over to turn them on. They also have a paid breakfast service on the 1st floor -- the food was just okay. It was conveniently within walking distance from the malls and major attractions in the city. They also had luggage storage lockers in case you wanted to walk around after checking out.
