very Japanese room style but mixed a bit stylish and modern design in a room. you can feel really warm and cozy when you stay there. also the beds are soft that makes you sleep so well. also the location is pretty great and convenient, u can walk from hotel to Kumamoto castle in minutes and for shopping streets are too. even if it’s built on the main street, it’s not noise at night so you can sleep well, don’t worry (; also the restaurants in the downstairs are all tasty, u can try ^_^ I highly recommend here if you will stay in Kumamoto, OMO5 is your ideal choice definitely ^_^!! I had a blast!!
Very nice rooms, very beautifully designed, you could see they put a lot of care into it. I hit my head a few times going up to the bunk bed. They have an outdoor terrace with a nice view. There is also a cafe with nice service. Overall i had a great experience visiting.
I stayed at OMO5 Kumamoto, which has a great location near the main shopping and entertainment area and a stylish design. The room was spacious with a high-quality futon, though not particularly user-friendly. For a hotel of this level, basic amenities should be placed in the room—even if made from recycled materials. Receiving the room number on a receipt felt impersonal and detracted from the overall experience.
