OMO7 Osaka by Hoshino Resorts

We had a great time staying in this hotel in early March for a week. The location being so close to 2 stations is one of the reason why we chose this hotel. There is a Mega Donki, a Daiso and a few Lawsons in walking distance, which is very convenient. Our room was big (600 sqft) with 4 comfortable beds and 2 sofa beds, a big dining table in the middle, very spacious for the 4 of us. Complimentary coffee and tea are great too. Toilet is separate from the 2 sinks and the shower room, not quite used to not being able to wash hands right after using the toilet though. The hotel itself is big and beautiful, the sitting area in the lobby is big and comfortable. The cafe has some food options, though nothing extraordinary. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again, and would recommend to all our friends and family.

Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel and staff. Excellent service, atmosphere and rooms. The room view was incredible as well as a fun layout that was nicely designed. The hotel breakfast and staff were notably good as well as the reception desk. Location was central to many key areas including the train. One improvement point is that for guests to enter through the “park” area rather than walking all the way around to the main entrance as it was quite tiresome to walk around back every time. Overall a great experience and lead me to stay at more OMO properties

Over all good quality hotel but a little like stepping into an Apple Store so a little bit “cold” in its design and lagging personality. The area seams very rough and seams a little unsafe when going out late. That said - the things that makes it 4 stars for us is how nice it was sitting in there garden in the evening just relaxing and the sweet people working in the hotel, always helpful. And a big thank you to Obama Yurie who helped me so I could return some hardware (really big help and I am truly grateful).
