Omorfi Garden Resort

I'm from Australia found this 4star hotel, had the best time, hotel has very clean rooms, great staff service very friendly, the food was great,free alcohol and beverage all day&night comes with the entertainment, great location walking distance to the shops. Emin keep up the great service!!!!!😃😃😃😃 I highly recommend this 4star hotel. See u guy's next year definitely will be coming again!!💯👍🫶🫶

My experince in this hotel was terrible. I will never return there again. We planned to stay there few days but left the next day. The room wasnt clean, bed sheets were not clean and the room was not for 4 star at all. We asked them to change and clean the room that also included changing sheets but they didnt. The plates in a restaurant they were offering food was dirty. Asked them many times to change the plates and point out that this is not a proper way to do but they didnt do anything. Breakfat was ok but lunch and dinner not. Actually barely ate breakfast after cleaning the plates with the hot water from tea pot. Want to point that the staff in reception was kind and helpful. At least smth good. Overall will never return there again and dont recommend. Hope some day you will deserve every penny you earn by providing a real 4 star service.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. We get there and the room is so hot and the AC doesn't work. They move us to another room where the AC works but the fridge is connected to the key card so it isn't cooling properly. The bathroom is outdated and my towel even had a hole in it. They don't put a water bottle in the room without us asking for one. Also my dad and brother got money stolen from them. The hotel said will look into the cctv but they didn't. I wouldn't recommend. Save your money and go somewhere else!
