Expectacular
Delighted!! They were fantastic, especially the pool boy, who spends so many hours there, you can't believe how hot it is. The reception staff were great, friendly and quick. The food... It's better to make it in the apartment or eat out. Pre-made meals. The beach is great if you take the train, but it's a bit far on foot.
Excellent family stay, with 10/10 entertainment We had a wonderful time at this hotel. It's ideal for families, with lots of activities for all ages. Our highlight was the entertainment, which was incredible, especially thanks to Ángel, who did an exceptional job and connected so well with the guests. Thank you for making us laugh and enjoy so much! We also want to thank and praise the pool bar staff, who were always attentive, friendly, and prompt, even during the busiest times. 10/10 service! As for the facilities, they are very well maintained, and the food and drinks meet expectations. The drinks include well-known brands, although there was only one type of rum, which could be improved. The only negative point was the smoking area: there is only one and it's quite secluded, which is somewhat inconvenient for those of us who smoke. Overall, we loved it and will definitely return. Highly recommended!
