I stayed again this year after last summer season. Friendliness and professionalism can be felt in all departments of the hotel; starting from the reception; thanks to the carefully selected knowledgeable employees...Room cleaning and food are excellent. And of course; it is a great chance to have its own beach and large pool.
We had an absolute dream stay at this 5-star hotel with our family! The quality of food was exceptional, with a diverse range of delicious options that catered to everyone's tastes. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. The hospitality was warm and welcoming, making us feel like part of the family. From luxurious rooms to impeccable amenities, this hotel truly exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to come back!
The hotel itself and rooms are very nice, the pool are and beach is wonderful, and main reason booking it. However the service is poor, they speak very bad English. Ordering a beer and a coke from the sunbed can take 20-40 minutes, even when there are very few people there. The restaurant looks like a proper restaurant with nice outdoor seating, but the food and service are very poor. The location has it pros and cons, it quiet and beautiful, but we waited almost 2,5 hrs on a taxi to Cesme Marina…
