Nice stay and great location Great location: close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Staff was friendly and the area is peaceful. Breakfast was good and tasty — basic items repeated daily, but there was always something new added. Downsides: sauna and jacuzzi weren’t working, and the bathroom ceiling looked a bit patched up.

I didn't like this hotel at all. There are so many points, but I will only list the most important ones now. First of all, nobody greets you when you walk past (staff). They all come across as arrogant and lacking in joie de vivre. The food is the same every day with minimal variety in the evening, if you want to get snacks upstairs at the reception, they take 40 minutes or longer to bring the food. On arrival no one accompanied us to our room and we were not told what was in the hotel. Our room was also never fully cleaned, something was always forgotten. During the 2 weeks I was there, our room was only cleaned thoroughly and nicely once and that was by a small dark skinned woman, much love to you! I have traveled many times and I have never experienced anything like this. In my opinion, this hotel deserves 3 stars at most.

Stayed here for 12 days and was disappointed with several aspects of the experience. When we stayed here previously, the bottom pool area had a functioning bar, which we really enjoyed. This time, not only was the bar gone, but that entire part of the building is now completely unused and abandoned—despite still being listed as a feature on the booking website. That was a major letdown. The shower in our room was also a daily frustration—constantly switching between boiling hot and freezing cold with no in-between. Despite our long stay, the bedding was never changed, and we had to keep asking for basics like shower gel to be restocked. Noise was another issue. The pool had a closing time, but it seemed to be ignored entirely—other guests were loud well past hours, and no staff intervened. One of the most concerning moments was a food issue involving my mother, who is vegan and allergic to cheese. We specifically ordered a vegan pizza, but instead were served one with cheese and ham. Rather than informing us they couldn’t make the vegan option, they just served it anyway—this could have led to a serious allergic reaction. Finally, the bottom entrance of the hotel was completely closed off and appeared abandoned, adding to the sense that parts of the hotel are being neglected. While there were a few decent moments during our stay, the overall lack of care, communication, and upkeep really let the experience down. Not somewhere I’d choose to return to.
