Ondamar Hotel Apartamentos

Decent but very outdated hotel. Needs a lot of renovations. Room has basics needed but quite worn out. Wifi basically never worked. A lot of groups of young people (quite rowdy at time) drinking alcohol in pool (including kids pool).Well located and easy parking. Friendly staff.

Nice hotel, nice rooms but furniture outdated could be better same with appliances. The hotel has two pools outside, restaurant, mini golf and poolside bar. It’s very close to the strip and not far from the old town either. Staff were very friendly and polite and helpful when I lost my key card.

Only reason I booked this hotel was for the indoor pool n jacuzzi, it was broken and water was ice cold. Guy at reception said they waiting for a heat pump to be installed, the hotel didn’t let us know this before our arrival. Also they take a 400€ deposit no one told us that either. It’s noisy. Mini golf not included Hotel does not feel like a 4 star hotel it’s really run down and old , rusty shower head with no pressure, lumpy pillows old outdated furniture, breakfast not included. Gym was nice And most staff friendly Location good. It was cold n rainy as I expected and my kids couldn’t enjoy indoor pool n jacuzzi, I ended up going to another hotel and paying to use their pool for the day. Manger didn’t come and show her face just told the reception girl there was nothing they could do for us , not even a discount or free breakfast. Sooo disappointed.
