This is the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at, bar none. From the second we walked in we were greeted with beautiful florals, chic rooms, and impeccable service. When our room wasn't ready at check in (we were early!) they comped our drinks while we waited at the lovely bar lobby, not necessary but a lovely touch. We were greeted by beautiful florals and a welcome basket in our room, along with a complimentary bar. Closet space was excellent, gorgeous bathroom, beautiful lighting, and just all around perfect. If you can swing it, it is well worth the cost!
My family and I had a wonderful stay at One Aldwych. The staff at the hotel could not have been nicer (shout-out to Adam who was incredibly friendly and helpful). The check in process was smooth and easy, as was checkout. The rooms were fantastic, very clean, quite large and very updated. The hotel is in the perfect and very central location in London. Very easy to get just about anywhere by walking, bus or underground; easy taxi ride to anywhere else. The hotel also coordinated several private transfers which were set up perfectly. The cocktail bar by check in made fantastic crafted cocktails, great wine selection and had good food. We never tried indigo for supper, but the breakfast was fantastic. We will definitely be returning here on any return trip to London.
Our Experience at the One Aldwych was nothing short of Amazing From the moment of our arrival we were greeted with friendly smiles and good energy from helping us with our bags and the check in process was smooth we also got a tour of the room and they explained how everything worked Martha was Great (and it was her last day) Room is comfy and cozy with all the amenities needed the gym and spa are great Sauna and Steam room to detox from all the great food. The Location is perfect for first timers in London right on the strand and in from of one of the pick up and drop off of the double decker tour bus Perfect for your morning jog or run to many sights. Overall an amazing experience Thanks to all the staff for making it so special
