This hotel was awesome. Loved everything about it. So close to the airport and was on the ocean. Lots of fun things with kids. Great price too. Everybody was super friendly and helped me when I needed it. They were so nice and even gave me an extra hour to check-out. Loved it all.

Service is great in every way. The breakfast was made to order and good. The room was a bit disappointing. No safe in the room as listed in the documentation, the mattress was not very good. The half the lights were out in the indoor pool so the interior side was very dark and looked a bit rundown. The hot tub is not hot. The kitchen in the room was well stocked with any pot, pan, or utensil you need. They are not the hotel they were in the past and could use some updating but its not terrible. I hope they return to the hotel I remember.

We used to love, and I mean love coming to this hotel. We've not stayed here in probably 6 or 7 years. And I won't be back. We get to the hotel to check in and the lady wasn't pleasant to deal with. We get to our room, walk in and there's a strange man in our room. After i say something he finally says he's with maintenance and would be done in about 10 minutes. Okay, fine. We get our stuff come back to our room. We're unloading the cart. Then two men barge in our room and do NOT identify themselves. So me and my 16 year Ole daughter are starting to freak out. We get our stuff and I go.tonthe front desk. I proceed to tell them what they did and she didn't care. I asked for a different room and she didn't wanna switch me, to the same style room. I didn't ask for an upgrade or anything. But I was expecting an apology. Which I Never got!! I will Not stay at this hotel again. Then the next morning we went to eat at the gazebo restaurant downstairs. And the service is horrible. And the food was not any better.
