One Devonshire Gardens a Hotel Du Vin

This is a very classy hotel. The service is incredible, and the personnel is friendly and kind. The rooms are cleaned very well, maintained in a great way and the food is just top quality. If you need a place to stay in Glasgow, this is the right place for you. it's a great place to stay and rest.

We booked One Devonshire Gardens to host our wedding ceremony and reception in June and we couldn't be happier. Every member of staff we interacted with were friendly, easy to chat to and happy to assist you in any way they could. We booked out the Townhouse 5 which included the rooms for our guests to stay in after wedding and they all said the exact same - everyone was thrilled with their rooms and the service from the staff. The turnaround time for events such as weddings is amazing - we had the ceremony and afterwards went to the bar and for photos and in the blink of an eye, the same room we were just in was transformed for dinner. The same happened between dinner and the reception at night. Guests were amazed that it was the same room that they had just been in. The food was outstanding - absolutely nothing to complain about. The service was fast and friendly and they really went out of their way to make sure that everything went well and we had everything we needed. Our room was absolutely massive, clean and well stocked with everything we could need. We were left a nice message on a dessert plate with a bottle of Champagne when we arrived the night before. The breakfast was also great, particularly the little haggis fritters! Definitely recommend booking One Devonshire Gardens and definitely consider booking the entire Townhouse 5 for a wedding - makes it a special day and your guests will love it too!

We got married at One Devonshire Gardens in April, and it was perfect. Our ceremony, drinks, meal, and evening reception were all held in Townhouse 5. We loved every second. Paige was great and so accommodating when booking, and in the run-up to the big day. On the day, the team were exceptional. Everyone was brilliant, but we want to specifically shout out our Master of Ceremonies — Nick — who was wonderful. From start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. He was a calming influence, put us all at ease, explained everything to us, and hosted / welcomed / helped our guests throughout the day and evening. Nick is a star, and exudes 5-star hospitality. Charlie at the bar was also brilliant. Great with the guests, very patient, and good chat. Thank you again!! The meal was excellent. Our guests commented on how amazing each dish was, and the wine that was paired with them. And everyone praised how lovely the venue was overall. Beautiful surroundings and interiors, attentive staff, great food and drinks, and a wonderful atmosphere overall. Thank you so much One Devonshire Gardens. A day we’ll cherish forever 🤍
