One Hundred Shoreditch

Best hotel I have ever stayed in! We stayed the weekend of our wedding, and upon finding out this was why we were staying, the hotel staff treated us like royalty. We were offered a free room upgrade to a suite with a balcony (it was beautiful), they managed to find taxis for us on the day when ours were delayed by half an hour and nothing was too much trouble. Never have I felt so looked after! They also made sure our family all had great rooms and were well looked after and everyone just had the best time. Cannot recommend enough!

I was honestly blown away by how wonderful my stay was at the One Hundred. I flew on a red eye and they let me check in several hours early. The room was so cozy and the bed so comfortable! It was also extremely soundproof - I didn’t hear a thing my entire stay. Also loved the addition of water stations by each elevator. Will definitely book again next time I’m in town.

After 10-15 years from Ace to Number 100 as an almost everyday work the place, I brought my own cup and asked for a bit of extra milk, their coffee is small and its almost £5. The manager Cindy wanted to charge an extra double shot then I said its just a bit of milk to top up my own sustainable cup. She insisted on the extra charge. I thought I tried it on with her colleague who I seen before, she interjected then I tried to get security on me. Thus after spending lots of money in the hotel I will never ever return because of a rude employee who does not understand that the reason you charge premium is to not upset customers that ask for an extra bit of milk. If you rather loose a customer over milk its your call! And after several meal upstairs and stays she has ruined the hotel’s new coffee shop and reputation to me! The old staff was much better! The Origin coffee modern looking staff need better training
