One Lakeside

As soon as we walked in the lobby we were greeted with a smile! Erica checked us in with ease and she was quick but very polite! She also gave clear directions where our room and amenities were! We wont be staying anywhere else when we are in the area now. The rooms were so beautiful and clean, the bed was so perfectly made that we almost didnt want to mess them up! The view of the Coeur d'Alene lake was beautiful. Erica also went above and beyond to make sure our family was happy and had everything we needed, if it wasn't for her we probably would try a different hotel next time but she made us want to come back! 10 out of 10 all around for this establishment!

This is the spot to stay when visiting this lovely town. Very clean, the view is great, very close to the lake. The staff was amazing especially Erica at the front desk, she answered all our questions and was very informative, always smiling and bubbly. Thank you for the best stay our family has had so far on our vacation. We will definitely be coming back again.

Booked a 3-bedroom directly through their site, then told it was “overbooked” for the first night. Erica, the manager, was condescending, offered no solution, and hung up as her shift ended. Leroy was equally rude and dismissive. They canceled our entire stay because I questioned why they wouldn’t offer a solution for their error. I do not believe this is in line with Columbia Hospitality’s core values. We were flying in for my father’s funeral. All we asked was to be placed in three one-bedroom units for the first night at the same rate as the 3-bedroom. Zero accountability, zero professionalism. Seems like you need new staff.
