The rooms were spacious. Clean modern well kept up. The bathtub shower room combination was fabulous after all-day snowboarding. taking a hot shower, with excellent water pressure phenomenal. loved it. The breakfast delicious. Dinner's fabulously delicious. And as for the staff that waited on us rock stars. Make my reservations for next year.

Stayed at One Niseko Resort, and it was spacious enough to accommodate a family of four. The room came equipped with a drip coffee machine and pods, as well as a small kitchen that allowed us to cook—a nice touch for a longer stay. While the room felt a bit outdated and could use a refresh, the breathtaking view more than made up for it. The front desk service was excellent, especially with scheduling the shuttle. They were kind enough to drop us off at the snowboard rental shop and even at a nearby hotel, despite it being out of their usual route. Overall, a great experience with excellent service and stunning views.

I seldom comment on hotels, but this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had in Japan. The lobby of the hotel smells like a cheap motel, and the room smelled bad. The air conditioner in the room did not work well. The chairs were dirty, and the facilities were old. I felt like I was living in a community center — hot and without fresh air. By the way, there was no food available for dinner within a 20-minute drive. It is not our big concern but it just make things more inconvenient. I thought maybe the breakfast the next morning would at least meet basic expectations, but I was wrong. We arrived at 8:00, but almost all the food was gone. No bread, no milk, no meat — only a few slices of vegetables and 2–3 pieces of watermelon. I asked the staff to refill the milk since there was none for the cereal. They added some, but only about 300 ml in the bottle. It seemed like the hotel didn’t want to provide any food to the customers. Such a ridiculous experience!!
