Absolutely enjoyed my stay for my one day/two night weekend. The staff members were friendly, very helpful, and easy to talk to. The location is absolutely beautiful and very well takin care of. The view from our room was amazing, the ac and hot water worked great, the cleanliness was on point, and the bed was absolutely the most comfortable bed I’ve laid on in a hotel. My only complaint is that the shower door didn’t seal all the way, so there was a puddle that formed, but everything else was amazing and my weekend was thoroughly enjoyable.

My daughter and I stayed at this lovely hotel for three days while my Mother was undergoing surgery. The staff are some of the friendliest, most supportive I’ve met anywhere. Everyone remembered about my Mother’s health and wished her well. I was given free restaurant cappuccinos when the lobby machine was down. Guest ambassador Debra sent us a wonderful charcuterie board to our room, and prayers for my mother. So thoughtful. We extended our stay by a day.

I am a Jacksonville native; but, this is my first time back on Holiday with family. I cannot say enough about the friendly staff and perfect amenities. However, this is my first resort experience where there was not a laundry service. This is the difference between 4 and 5-star establishments. But, overall i loved everything about the resort and highly recommend it for short and longer stays. Already, I am planning my next holiday here for an even longer two week stay.
