One of A Kind Resort @Trikora Beach Bintan

Amazing place with an incredible view and delicious seafood We had a great stay! The view from the villa was breathtaking, and the seafood was fresh and delicious. Some reviews mentioned issues with insects in the front pool, but this is due to the lighting at night—not poor cleanliness. The villa is well-maintained, and if you call room service, they will come promptly to clean the pool. They even use a machine to mop the pool floor, which was impressive. We ordered seafood via room service and it only cost around SGD 60 for everything in the photo. It was a huge portion—we couldn’t even finish it! Highly recommended! We will definitely come again!!

The resort is pretty far from the ferry terminal, about an hours drive. But at the price, we would not have been able to book as big a property nearer to the terminal. The rooms are very big and pretty clean. Some of the metal furnishings were rusted but it is to be expected as it is literally next to the sea. When we wanted to use the dipping pool the following morning but it had insects that died in it overnight, they sent someone to help us clear it pretty quickly. Room service came pretty quickly as well. Overall service was good!

We stayed in the Sea Villa room and were welcomed with absolutely breathtaking views. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and informative, assisting us with all our needs—from room service to housekeeping—throughout our stay. Everyone we encountered was friendly and accommodating. One night, my friend misplaced her wallet, and the staff immediately went above and beyond by reviewing CCTV footage to help locate it. Thanks to their swift action and thoroughness, the wallet was returned with all its contents intact. This resort is truly "one of a kind". I’d love to return again if given the chance! Thank you for making our stay a great one!
