One Patio Hotel Pattaya SHA Extra Plus

I love the room and its amenities! Spacious and great back support with their mattress. The couch is a plus and a spacious working nook. Wifi connection is fast and reliable, even inside the Toilet and Bath Room. We have a pool view room at the second level. Their hotel lobby is stunning and elegant. Especially at night, I love the lights, airy and white palette with touch of beautiful details and classy details. The bar area is so classy as well. The breakfast service is located right in front of the hotel building, a quick walk away. Try their soups and noodle dishes. We booked our stay through Scents of Siam Travel and Tours Thailand, a trusted Bangkok based agency, who made our experience smooth and unforgettable.

Having spent over 38 travelling the world and having stayed for over 4 years in Thailand I have stayed at many hotels. I am very impressed by the way I have been welcomed today for my first visits here at One Patio. Smiling faces from the start. My room is huge and immaculate, the pool is fantastic and I already know my week here will be amazing. Really has been a great choice and at £425 for 7 nights I really can’t believe what I have been given. Will update are the end of my trip !

The front manager is bad in taking responsibility of servicing us as guests who had drunk, loud, noisy disturbing neighbor room; the noises started at about 1 am in the middle of the night and lasted until 6 am in the morning. Very disappointing service and low hospitality mind!!! ☹️
