Best welcome to Porto I could ask for! Even though I only stayed here one night, the staff did absolutely everything to go out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Storing my luggage all day before check-in, as well as keeping food and drinks items cold for me too. A note was left on my bed, cutlery brought up to my room and even a phone call to wake me up for my flight! Check in was easy, although their front desk was pretty busy with only one concierge at the time. My single room was wonderful - brilliant view of the city, modern bathroom and the comfiest bed ever with luxurious pillows. On my way out for the evening the staff held the door open for me to leave and enter, even stopping to help me put a bracelet on that I could not do by myself. Attention to detail was impeccable here and it is a perfect location in the middle of the city :)

Perfectly located in the heart of Porto, close to everything worth seeing. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and stylish, with a particularly impressive and beautiful bathroom. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the 24-hour reception is a great plus. A fantastic stay overall !

Great experience, kind staff - especially Paulo in the breakfast who gave us great recommendations and was very patient and pleasant, rooms were very clean. Location is a 10 minute walk near everything(though the city center isn't very big), there are works on the new metro line nearby but we weren't bothered by them in any meaningful way.
