Location is perfect for exploring the historical centre of Valencia, you really couldn't ask for a better place hotel in my opinion. It's a stones throw away from the main square but far enough away for it to be quiet at night. The interior of the hotel is beautiful. The rooftop pool is gorgeous. The rooms themselves are lovely and spacious with high ceilings. The massive shower is a big plus. The only downsides to the room were some of the ceiling lights flickered constantly, the temperature of the shower varied whilst the water was running, it wasn't consistent and there were no blackout blinds meaning there was a lot of light let in from the windows when trying to sleep. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Valencia
The location is super, in the heart of old center. The front desk attendants are thoughtful, cleaning staffs also doing best. However, in a country with love and appreciation for the joy of food, and in a city with abundance of good ingredients, the offered breakfast were/are absolutely disappointing... cheap, unhealthy, selected with no care. Definitely can be much better.
The room looks nice at first glance, but if you stay here, it’s a different story. Do you have a sink in the room instead of the bathroom? Sorry, no. The toilet is separate (yes, just a toilet there! Mine wasn’t working properly 🤣), and the shower is separate too, so your sink is actually in the room, which is a bit weird. The location is great, right in the city center, close to all the restaurants, pubs, and shops. There’s also a supermarket next to the hotel where you can buy everything you need, don’t overpay for things in the hotel. The reception staff is really helpful. They do their best to take care of you, answer all your questions, and assist with anything you need. The reception is definitely the best part of the hotel! They sorted everything out for me without any problems. However, the hotel walls are paper-thin, so you can hear everything, almost as if you’re outside. I had a terrible night’s sleep because of this! As for the breakfast, just don’t bother. Trust me, it’s much better to go somewhere else, you’ll enjoy it much more. I paid for three days of breakfast, but after the first day, I never went back. If you do decide to have breakfast, smell all the juices before you try them, none of them were fresh, and one was even off. I ended up with a stomach issue. The hotel arranged a taxi for me, but the taxi never showed up… What a joke! Taxis in Valencia are unreliable, and the best app, FreeNow, is a joke too. Where’s Uber when you need it? Would I stay here again? Easy answer … I pay around £700 for 3 nights…
