One The Island

I had an amazing stay. Elsa and Neha were the absolute best and so friendly and warm. Everything about One The Island is perfect: the atmosphere, the rooms, the staff and the view. I would recommend 100% and will definitely be returning. Thank you for an amazing stay!!

Very memorable stay right next the beach and dive center. Was picked up from the harbour by electric buggy. It felt like a good balance between luxury and authenticity. We did lose power and running water for 8 hours on one of the days, which was frustrating right after coming back from a dive trip.

If you are going to Naifaru, this is the place to stay! My partner and I were here for two weeks while volunteering nearby. The rooms are absolutely lovely and were very clean, with our room looking out on the ocean! The room was a little smaller than we expected and we had to put some of our luggage up on the wardrobe, but that was only a very minor inconvenience. I personally found the beds to be very comfortable, despite the mattresses being rather thin. Though not completely perfect, the wifi was pretty solid here as well, with my partner and I even being able to play an online game together. There did not appear to be a device limit for the wifi either, or if there was we did not reach it at 4 devices connected. Service was excellent without being overbearing, fresh water bottles were left out in the common area every day, you could bring however many you needed to your room and simply set them back out when they were empty. When we needed to do our laundry, the housekeeper offered to do it for us and returned our laundry to us freshly washed in an efficient manner. It was lovely not to have to worry about chores on our trip! The only thing that might be a bit of a detractor for some people is that depending on the room you get, you may be right next to the mosque and be woken up by the call to prayer very early if the morning. I didn't mind, but definitely something to prepare for just in case!
