Everything was perfect from start to finish. Close to the center, not even 5 minutes by foot from the shopping street and just 15 minutes from the train station by tram or bus. The spa is amazing, the rooms are clean, the staff is beyond polite and friendly, and the breakfast is absolutely worth it. We truly enjoyed our stay! It was our first time, but definitely not the last! We were able to leave our bags after checking out, which allowed us to explore the city freely and pick them up later. Our phones were dying, and the staff kindly let us charge them. These little details really made our city trip easier and more enjoyable.
Excellent room, all new, spacious and stylish! We felt hotel was quite elegant and an exceptional value. Charming service. Highly recommended. Enjoy the spa!
Just trust what you read in these 5-star reviews. One Two Four is one of the best value hotels I’ve stayed in Europe. Room, hygiene, service, ambience, spa, location, shower, there isn’t anything I am not happy with. I don’t think I will consider another hotel next time visiting Ghent - that’s how good it is!
