Underestimated this hotel. A hidden gem. Went here as family for a weekend getaway. Rooms clean and service is outstanding. Loved our executive lounge experience, polite and attentive waiters. Breakfast has a great range of choices, fantastic chicken curry tucked away at the backend of the restaurant. Overall, would come back again!
Our family (2 adults + 1 4yo) stayed here for 3D2N. The hotel staff are all very welcoming, friendly and nice. It was an enjoyable stay for us. What we love: - We had 2 queen beds and a bath tub in our clean room - The pillows & bolster ! - Full range of toiletries provided (shampoo, power gel, conditioner, moisturizer, mouth wash, dental kit, comb, razor kit, cotton pads, shower cap, body buff) - Hair dryer is strong enough - The toilet has a nice make-up mirror and lighting is good - The toilet area is separated from the shower - Complimentary snacks - Automatic sensor in the room - The location, it's connected to the 1Utama mall (the mall is huge) and super convenient (connected to the MRT) What we don't like: - The shower head area's hot/cold function didn't work as well as the tap & bath tub. - The first day we arrived, they gave more shampoo and didn't provide the shower gel (I think they mixed it up) Nonetheless, we'll definitely return again. Highly recommend to book this hotel.
I and my friend stayed in 1 twin room, my friend had checkout earlier in the morning, he already told that another room mates (me) is still in the room and would went out or checkout at 12. Assuming that receptionist understood the instruction right? Then there is cleaning services team comes thought my room was already checked out. You imagine if i am not in room then someone comes to your room then you are in position knowing nothing if someone broke to your room. It is not cleaning service team fault but this is totally messed up from your receptionist team. It is very simple to understand the instruction right? If there is someone still left on the room then why you do checkout? Is it your formal SOP if faces this case?
