We loved our flat on Cathcart road! From start to end our experience with One Fine Stay in London was perfection. They met us early and let us into our quiet, comfortable, tasteful two bedroom flat. They gave us complimentary treats, tea and coffee. They delivered any extra items we requested (fan, sheets). Everyone especially Charles was readily available and responded by phone when requested. I only have praise for OFS. We stayed in our flat for a week and I am already planning our next return with One Fine Stay London. I am so happy we chose them!

Where do I even begin, everything was planned perfectly in Turks and Caicos ,my stay at the villa was amazing , my concierge Nicole planned everyone for me and it was beautiful. This was my second time booking with one fine stay and they exceeded my expectations once again, very fast responders and will make ur stay perfect. Book with them and I promise you won’t regret it !!

Beware! We rented a “luxury” property in Rome over NYE 2024/5 and found out that One Fine Stay simply booked a $300 place from another rental site and charged us well over $1000 per night. The property management company that checked us in had never even heard of One Fine Stay. I spent 2 hours on the phone with customer service on NYE and have nothing to show for it. We will never rent from them again. - Edit to Response - I confirmed with the property management company (ROMAC) what the rate would have been over NYE had I rented directly from them and it was less than half of what you charged. I think it is fair for people who are interested in your services to know that they might have a similar experience.
