Non of the staff speak English and they dont value their guest as a decent 4 star hotel should. Instead they make fun of you because you dont speak their language amd some of them will try to rip you off. No computers, no wi-fi in rooms, no professionality in work and service to guest. It should be rated 2 or 3 stars.
