One&Only Palmilla

I stayed at the hotel for one night, and I found it to be a dreamlike place. The view from our room overlooking the Pacific Ocean was incredible. The service was outstanding — our butler, Anselmo, was excellent and very kind. The food was delicious; we dined at Suviche and it was definitely worth it. The breakfast wasn’t the best, but it wasn’t bad either. The only thing I would change is the scent of the amenities — they have a very strong smell and you can’t tell what brand they are. Overall, an excellent hotel with exceptional service.

Where do I even begin with this spectacular slice of paradise? The views from EVERY location of the property (rooms, both pools) took my breath away. It felt so private and like I was surrounded by the best nature has to offer. The spa is peaceful and serene and enjoyed a couples Massage so much we booked a second! The staff are second to none here. You are greeted warmly by every single person you come across, and the butler service is second to none. Special shout out to Diana for the extra little touches (picture of the sunrise) to set her apart. At turn down, you're left with a lovely token to remember the slice of paradise. So glad I purchased the spray from the store so I can continue to smell the Palmilla at home. Takes me back every time, until we can physically return!

We had an incredible first time experience. We also had the pleasure of two amazing personal concierge; Jesus & Damian. They made our stay! Whilst O&O is expensive, and the AUD to USD conversion is currently not at all in our favour. It was well worth it! I O&O have thought of every little detail. So much so, it felt like a second honeymoon for my husband and I for his birthday. Would rebook another trip in a heartbeat.
