One&Only The Palm

This was my second visit to One&Only The Palm, but my first time staying at the resort and wow, what an experience! I had previously dined at one of their restaurants, which was amazing, but this stay truly took things to the next level. The room was absolutely beautiful, luxurious, and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed. The ambiance of the whole property is calm, peaceful, and elegant a true escape from the city. The staff were so kind and attentive, and the food was simply delicious. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I had a wonderful stay and would give more than 5 stars if I could. Highly recommended, and I would definitely love to visit again!

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and grace — every detail of our stay was flawlessly executed. We were incredibly lucky to have a designated host, Noushad, who was exceptional. He somehow anticipated everything we needed before we even had to ask. Whether it was planning our days, booking activities, arranging transport, or simply checking in to make sure we were happy, his kindness and attention to detail made our stay feel seamless and deeply personal. The room was beyond magical — elegant, serene, and impossibly comfortable. Waking up there felt like a dream. The food was exquisite across the board, and breakfast in particular was out of this world — fresh, generous, and beautifully prepared each morning. The concierge team also deserves a special mention. They went above and beyond to plan the most beautiful activities and secured us the best tables at incredible restaurants. Every recommendation was perfect and clearly chosen with care. But what made the stay truly unforgettable was the genuine warmth of the staff. Their thoughtfulness and generosity of spirit set One&Only The Palm apart — it’s not just a stunning hotel, it’s an experience that makes you feel completely seen and cared for. We left feeling recharged, deeply grateful, and already dreaming of coming back.

From the moment we arrived, every detail of our stay was exceptional — but what truly set this resort apart was the outstanding service, which went far beyond any expectations. The buffet breakfast was nothing short of spectacular. An incredibly diverse and delicious menu — easily some of the best food we’ve ever had, with quality and presentation that rivals the world’s finest hotels. We spent our days relaxing by the pool, where staff offered complimentary gelato (yes, really!), and enjoyed the watersports, which added a perfect mix of fun and relaxation to our stay. However, what will forever stay in our hearts is the genuine care and generosity of the staff. After an unfortunate flight delay, we were expecting to have to check out by 11 am like most hotels. Instead, the team graciously extended our room until 6 pm the next day — a gesture of hospitality that left us truly speechless and deeply grateful. It turned what could have been a stressful day into one of joy and relaxation. This place is pure class, and their team defines what true luxury hospitality should feel like. We are eternally thankful for the way we were treated and will be singing their praises to anyone heading to Dubai. Highly, highly recommend.
