Onhann Hotel

Hotel is good. We chose it as a transit stop while on a longer trip. Room was clean and not old. Breakfast was good enough. Don't expect Antalya hotel service. We came and checked-in late at 21:10. And to my surprise we were told we missed dinner. Although swimming pools needs some renovation but it was good experience. Receptionist lady in the morning was kind and helpful. I would choose to stay here again.

To be fair, we read the bad reviews before we decided to visit the place. Eventually same price instead of town center, I truly recommend this resort. Be sure you read all the comments. One choice we made turned out to be our wonderful memory to stay in such a lovely location with reasonable price during this Ramadan business trip with car. Spacious renewed modern lobby and sofas, great beautiful huge garden with lots of bird sounds surrounded. (A lot of sparrows!) It is so easy to forget we came here for business but not holidays. Thanks for the receptionist gave me and my husband an amazing pool view room with bathtub. We cannot imagine a better one with the price. Being waken up by the bird noise was wonderful for us. I cannot believe the outdoor pool during cold day was steaming with warm cozy termal water! It must be very costy and hard to maintain! Highly appreciate how much efforts the staffs have to put into the maintenance! Although breakfast was not the best honestly. But moreover, the dinners are great and all included. They change their dishes daily and mostly very tasty (if you fancy the Turkish homemade cook). Gratefully I personally love most of the lokanta dishes they provided every single night (and I haven't feel tired from it, especailly chicken soup!) Desserts are overly sweet though, and that's my only complaint. Again, thanks for all of the comforts and great services. During Ramazan it must be lack of staffs and customers. But I see many hard-working staffs and giving respect from heart. Even though we can still feel the fact that some part of ceilings of hamam or pools are a bit covered with green caused by natual humidity; or sometimes we found a filter machine inside of the pool without any notices. But overall I found this resort deserves 5 star from our 6 days stay review. We are very happy with our choice in Balıkesir. Thank you for all the great work.

It is an experience that I would love to forget! There is nothing redeeming about this hotel. From staff to rooms to anything else everything is outdated and unwelcoming. Lights don't work, outlets are broken coming out of the wall. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, in all honesty!
