As a loyal customer of this hotel, I am pleased to see the continuous improvements being made — a clear sign of strong and attentive management. I would especially like to thank the GM of the hotel Mrs. Ibtissam for the outstanding care she provided to both myself and my Japanese business partner. During breakfast, she took the time to explain the Moroccan cuisine to him, which made the experience even more special. Her service was truly exceptional. And she is great example for her employees 🫶🏼 The breakfast restaurant and the shisha café are also highlights of the hotel. My thanks go to Achraf, Issam, and the Chef 👩‍🍳 Mrs. Hasna, who prepares the best Moroccan crêpes (msaman) we’ve ever had. At the reception, I’d like to extend my gratitude to Mr. Mustapha and Mrs Ikram who is always there to support us — even when we arrive late at night. Thank you all once again. I recently visited Onomo with my sister and a friend, and I have to say it was an unforgettable experience! We tried their food, and everything we ordered exceeded expectations. I had the «brochette d’espadon , which was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. We also shared a second dish and a plate of tagliatelle with seafood both were juicy, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Every bite was a delight The service was top-notch. A big shoutout to Mohcine , the assistant who took care of us. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. His customer service truly made our visit even more enjoyable. What also stood out was the vibe of the place, chill, upbeat, and enriched with Afro-inspired music, creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere Ps : would you like to tell me what was the name of the dish that has meat with french fries in the picture below ? ( didn’t find it on your online menu ) It was unbelievably delicious

I like everything about this hotel, the service is 10/10 , also the employees were very kind and helpful especially Mohamed boutaib* and Fati , this is definitely not the last time ♥️♥️
