After checking out so many nearby hotels, I’m so glad I chose Ontur Otel for its prestige look, convenient location, and great price. This beautiful hotel exceeded my expectations, from the spotless rooms to the attentive service. I want to thank all the staff at Ontur Otel for their wonderful support and attentive service throughout our stay. Special thanks to Eren for his professionalism and warm hospitality, always acknowledging us and checking if we needed anything. His genuine care truly made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby cities and excellent transport options right around the hotel. It made exploring İzmir and its surroundings effortless. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend Ontur Otel İzmir to anyone visiting the city.

Ontur Otel Izmir- A Wonderful Mother - Daughter Experience. My daughter booked Ontur Otel from Australia after reading some reviews, as a 10 night getaway for the two of us to enjoy some mother-daughter time. lt was my first time visiting lzmir and l was truly suprised by the wonderful service we received. As l'm not able to walk long distances, l spent most of my time in the hotel and occasionally went out for short sightseeing trips with my daughter.The location was perfect, close to the shops, cafes and to the beautiful sites so that we could enjoy nearby attractions without having to travel far. l must admit, l was quite sceptical about staying at any hotel.l thought it wouldn't feel like home and that l wouldn't be comfortable sleeping. Ontur Otel proved me wrong in the best way possible. The rooms were exactly as advertised, the beds were very comfortable and our room was cleaned and beds made every day. A special thanks to the housekeeping staff for their attention to detail. l would also like to give my heartfelt thanks to Eren, Levent and Mert, very professional and friendly waiters who took care of us during breakfast every morning. They always greeted us warmly and made sure we were happy with everything. l'm so glad my daughter chose this hotel. l felt comfirtable, cared for and at ease. l would definitely return to Ontur Otel lzmir again.

Ontur Otel is one of the greatest hotels which I had an opportunity to temporarily reside during my journeys in Turkey. The breakfasts are great, rooms are clean and possess a good design. However, there were just some inconveniences. Firstly, it was a bit challenging and uncomfortable to use the shower and the bath itself. Secondly, I don't know how it was in other rooms, but, I neither had a toothbrush, nor a toothpaste provided by the hotel, still, I hopefully had the above mentioned tools in my baggage. Despite it, I still liked and enjoyed my overall experience in Ontur. I thank Ontur for its hospitality and its pretty good service.
